Where We Ship: We currently ship to addresses across India.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Custom and personalised items may need an extra [2–4] business days before they ship.
Shipping Rates

You'll see the final shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Times: After your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities: [3–5] business days
- Rest of India: [5–8] business days
- Remote areas and the North-East: [7–12] business days
These are estimates. Courier delays, weather, or other events outside our control can sometimes slow things down.
Cash on Delivery [COD is available on eligible orders / We don't offer COD at this time.]
Order Tracking: When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we can reship it, but you may be charged the shipping cost again.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as described in our Refund Policy. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than [7] days, email us, and we'll look into it with the courier.
